Frank Cucci

Frank Cucci is a former U.S. Navy SEAL and a recognized expert in training and security with over 20 years of experience. After his military service, Frank founded Linxx åüÃÄÖ±²¥ Solutions in 2006. The company delivers comprehensive training, security, and technology solutions to U.S. Government and commercial clients globally. As CEO, Frank has steered Linxx åüÃÄÖ±²¥ from its inception to its current status as a premier provider of critical mission support services. Under his leadership, the company supports not only America’s warfighters and law enforcement officers but also its trusted allies and various commercial entities worldwide.
Richard Dobrich
Executive Director
Richard Dobrich is a Strategy focused Senior Executive with over 40 years of dynamic experience at the Policy, Strategic, Operational, and Tactical levels across governmental departments as well as Energy and Critical Infrastructure sectors. He retired after three decades of service with the U.S. Department of Justice/ U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) as a member of the DepartmentåüÃÄÖ±²¥™s Senior Executive Service (SES). Following his government career, he joined ExxonMobil as the corporationåüÃÄÖ±²¥™s High Threat åüÃÄÖ±²¥ Security Advisor. He is an internationally recognized leader in the doctrines of Security Risk Assessments that comply with DHS Interagency Standards Committee (ISC) and International Ship and Port Facility (ISPS) standards and methods, Physical Security, Security Engineering and Monitoring, Counter-Intelligence and Human-Intelligence methods, Terrorist & Criminal targeting tactics and procedures, and Continuity of Operations.
Jesse Ford
Director, IT/Cyber
Jesse Ford is a highly experienced IT and Network specialist with 15 years of expertise in the field. As Director of Information Technology, he has worked with a variety of industries, including Retail, Medical, Government, and corporate sectors. Jesse has a proven track record of implementing efficient and cost-effective IT solutions for his clients, leveraging his extensive experience in network administration, server management, cybersecurity, and more. His expertise in these areas has allowed him to successfully lead IT teams, develop and manage budgets, and implement best practices that align with industry standards and regulations.
Frank Brown
Director of Training
Mr. Brown is a retired U.S. Navy SEAL and Tier 1 special unit team member with over 25 years of high-risk training; program management; and quality assurance experience. Mr. Brown is a decorated combat veteran and U.S. Navy Master Training Specialist. Mr. Brown holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Old Dominion University, is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and has completed the Lean Six Sigma certification course from Villanova University.
Jay Ford
Business Manager
Jay Ford is a retired U.S. Navy Senior Chief with over 30 years of expertise in Information Technology, including Management, Training, Cybersecurity, Protocols, and Network Design. He has been involved in significant technological initiatives, such as developing and implementing the premier Navy IT Courses, as Program Manager and Technology Lead coordinating numerous government and commercial entities successful developing a ‘Systems of Systems’ Proof of Concept Project for DHS. Jay was also the Chief Engineer and Technical Director for CVN 78 Systems Engineering Team, where he led a team of over 50 engineers focused on Architectural Engineering, Cybersecurity, Network Engineering, and System of Systems Engineering. As NetSolve CEO he managed network engineers and customer relationships across various Information Technology Contracts. NetSolve recently merged with Linxx. Jay is a Master Training Specialist, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, MCT, MCSE, CNE, CCNA and Green IT Certified.
Marty Strong
Senior Advisor
Marty Strong is a retired Navy SEAL officer, and combat veteran. He leverages over 28 years in business, 20 years focused on the federal contracting market. Marty evaluates emerging opportunities, studies the competitive environment, and searches for trusted strategic bidding partners. He holds an undergraduate degree in business administration, a graduate degree in management, and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Blackbelt.
Howard “Rico” Lenway
Senior Advisor
Rico retired from the Navy after 40+ years of continuous Active-Duty service, 38 years in Naval Special Warfare; retiring at the rank of Captain in 2017. Extensively experienced in multiple Theaters of Operations that include Combat Tours as well as low-profile and sensitive assignments, his expertise ranges from Strategic, Operational, and Tactical levels of operations, across the Department of Defense as well as in support of National Level sensitive missions. As a SEAL, he served in SEAL, SEAL Delivery Vehicle, and Special Boat Teams. Senior-level assignments include Command of SEAL Team FIVE, Special Operations Task Force West during Operation IRAQI FREEDOM; Commodore, NSW GROUP FOUR. Rico held Director of Operations and Chief of Staff position for Special Operations Command Central and concluded his career as the Senior Special Operations advisor for U.S. FLEET FORCES COMMAND. He is a native Spanish linguist, a part time Corporate Jet Pilot, and provides uniquely qualified advisory support and business development to Linxx åüÃÄÖ±²¥ Solutions.
Charles Rushworth
Senior Advisor
Mr. Rushworth has over 45 years of experience in government service and private industry. His military background includes national defense and security affairs, serving in major operational commands, academic, research, international/regional security fellowships, and advisory assignments. He has held key leadership positions in USMC and Joint assignments including as a faculty member at the Naval War College. He holds Joint Critical Specialty, Latin American Foreign Area, Asian Specialist and Special Operations qualifications. His post-service work experience includes senior manager of business units that support large commercial and government contracts in domestic and international markets, business development, marketing and execution of international development, security cooperation training delivery and expeditionary medical services in conflict and post-conflict areas.
